After you have placed your order, TempoParis.com will send you an automatic e-mail confirmation that your order process has begun. This does not constitute confirmation of the sale since we need to confirm product availability manually. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been accepted. TempoParis.com reserves the right to refuse to sell items if they are in production, not available, have incorrect pricing due to software errors or have been cancelled or not passed inspection. Once your order is shipped you will receive a notification e-mail with the tracking number to track your order with the carrier.
Once your order has been scanned by the shipper you can check the status of your order by utilizing your tracking number at the shipper website.
Please make sure your email is accurate and add our email info@tempoparis.com to your white list so it will not be flagged as spam. Phone numbers are optional but we recommend adding it as it will help our team members to contact you regarding your order and service you better.
All products are subject to availability. Most of our in stock products will be shipped out within 7-10 business days. Orders must be placed before 2pm EST in order to be processed the same business day. All orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed the next business day.
If you order more than one item, you may receive your order in more than one shipment. You will be notified of the status of your order via email or you can check the status of your order anytime online.
Special orders are orders for items that are not available for immediate shipping but will become available at a later date. Some special orders have to be made once we place them with our designers. Please indicate your desired Wear Date. Once you place a special order we will notify you about the delivery date and upon your approval the order will be processed. No cancellation accepted for special orders once placed and confirmed; we will charge up to 50% of the order value as a cancellation fee.
Once you approve the delivery date we will charge your card.
Pre-orders are orders placed on merchandise that is not in stock for immediate delivery but will be shipped at the date indicated on the site. By placing a pre-order, you will be receiving your order as the item becomes available. If you order a Pre-Order item, and the delivery date will be within 25 days of your order date your credit card will be charged once the order has been accepted. If the delivery date is longer than 25 days, you will be notified via email and your card will be charged.
All pre-order dates are subject to change. If a pre-order date falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the merchandise will be shipped the next business day. All cancellations of Pre-Order items will incur up to 50% cancellation fee.
You may cancel your order as long as your order has not been processed. Once an order has been processed and confirmed (i.e., payment verified and item ordered and invoiced by our designers), you cannot cancel your order. All cancellations on in-stock items will incur up to $35 cancellation fee.
Once your order is shipped, you cannot cancel. Orders shipped and refused by customers will incur up to 50% restocking fee plus shipping charges that will be debited from your account.

All orders are shipped out of New York City. New York State sales tax is applied only to orders shipped within New York state.
TempoParis.com accepts the following forms of payment: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Western Union, Money Order, Bank Transfer and gift certificates. TempoParis.com does not accept personal checks, certified checks or COD.
All customers are subject to credit card verification. When your credit card is authorized, the payment is processed. Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any of the information differs, the order will not be processed.
If your Shipping Address is different than your Billing Address, we are required to verify this information with your bank or your credit card company. As a result, your order may be subject to delay. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the verification process. To help expedite this process, we ask you to contact your credit card company or your bank and add the alternative shipping address to your account.
Please note that international orders go through a manual credit card verification process which may cause a delay of 1 to 2 business days to your order. We accept all major credit cards such as American Express, Visa, and MasterCard and recommend you contact your issuer and authorize that you are making an international purchase so they can clear the charge.
